Abstract
This research is aimed at revealing the relationship between working discipline ana nonattendce level of lecturers tha hold goverment employee status (PNS Dpk) compare to the one that hold permanent foundation's lecturer status and the satffis. There are and 6 permanent foundation's lecturers) and 9 staffis. Using Wolfowis Run Test, The result shows that there are no diferences in discipline level between PNS Dpk lecturer and permanent foundation's lecturer. This hypotesis is also confirmed by spearman rank correlation test result. Ac conclusion there are differences ini discipline between PNS Dpk lecturers and permanent foundation's lecturers toward their nonatendance level.
