Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organization culture on official performance of Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. The data used are primary data were obtained directly from the officials. Sampling method is stratified proportional random sampling, and analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS) model. The results show that organization culture influential significant towards the official performance of Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan
