Abstract
Legal relationship between the Owner of Goods by the Warehouse Manager is alegal relationship or a commitment born of an agreement. Goods Management Agreement has an essentially equal to the Baggage Agreement which specificallyregulated in the Civil Code Book III but the Management Agreement in GoodsWarehouse Receipt System has a special character, among others, the object islimited to agricultural / plantation / fisheries only. Furthermore, if you look at thesubject Farmhouse / Planters / Fisherman with Warehouse Management is a legal form of business entity, must have at least one warehouse are declared qualifiedby the LPK, have a professional human resources, implementing ISO, insuredwarehouses and goods, have the good reputation and have sufficient capital. Agreement is called outside the Civil Code, a standard agreement. Beinginarelationship against the background of private law by public policy, whichwill publish its existence as Warehouse Receipt.
