Abstract

ABSTRAK

Muhallim, Khaizin. 2024. “ Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Studio Foto HS Photography di Palangkaraya “. Skripsi, Program Studi Manajemen, Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Indonesia (STIMI) Banjarmasin. Pembimbing I Fanlia Prima Jaya, Pembimbing II Alfiannor.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Studio Foto HS Photography di Palangkaraya.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Studio Foto HS Photography di Palangkaraya .yang berjumlah 25 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 25 orang karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan tekhnik Regresi Linear Berganda, statistik deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t/parsial dan uji anova (analysis of variance) dengan alat SPSS versi 25.
Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan Studio Foto HS Photography di Palangkaraya, Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan Studio Foto HS Photography di Palangkaraya, Motivasi Kerja dan Pelatihan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan Studio Foto HS Photography di Palangkaraya. Saran agar memberikan peluang pelatihan secara berkesinambungan kepada semua karyawan dan memilih materi pelatihan sesuai kualifikasi dan upadate pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperlukan, menentukan prioritas pelatihan kepada karyawan yanga paling berperan penting sesuai dengan tuntutan pemilik usaha, mengadakan rapat diskusi kerja rutin setiap bulan dengan karyawan, Menanamkan sikap ramah, saling peduli, saling menghargai dan saling bantu dalam hal yang positif dalam lingkungan kerja kepada semua karyawan, refreshing dan family gathering minimal 1 tahun sekali.

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of Work Motivation and Job Training on Job Satisfaction of HS Photography Photo Studio Employees in Palangkaraya.
The population in this study were all employees of the HS Photography Photo Studio in Palangkaraya, totaling 25 people. The sampling technique uses the census method. The number of respondents in this study was 25 employees. Data analysis uses quantitative analysis with Multiple Linear Regression techniques, descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests using t-test/partial and anova test (analysis of variance) with SPSS version 25 tools.
From the results of this research, it is known that Work Motivation has a significant effect on the Job Satisfaction of HS Photography Photo Studio employees in Palangkaraya, Job Training has a significant effect on the Job Satisfaction of HS Photography Photo Studio employees in Palangkaraya, Work Motivation and Job Training simultaneously influence the Job Satisfaction of HS Photography Studio employees Photography in Palangkaraya. Suggestions for providing continuous training opportunities to all employees and selecting training materials according to qualifications and updating the required knowledge and skills, determining training priorities for employees who play the most important role in accordance with the demands of business owners, holding regular work discussion meetings every month with employees, instilling friendly attitude, caring for each other, respecting each other and helping each other in positive things in the work environment for all employees, refreshing and family gatherings at least once a year.
