Abstract

ABSTRAK

Maurisa. 2024 : Pengaruh Harga, Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Jasa Nail Art (Studi pada Witchery Nails). Skripsi. Program Studi Manajemen. Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Indnesia (STIMI) Banjarmasin. Pembimbing (1) Syamsuddinnor (2) Rezti

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan jasa nail art (studi pada Witchery Nails Banjarmasin) (2) kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan jasa nail art (studi pada Witchery Nails Banjarmasin) (3) kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan jasa nail art (sutdi pada Witchery Nails Banjarmasin) (4) harga, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan jasa nail art (studi pada Witchery Nails Banjarmasin). Metode analisis yang digunakan ialah regesi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket atau kuesioner dengan menggunakan alat ukur skala likert. Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang akan di teliti ialah seluruh pelanggan Witchery Nails dari bulan Januari hingga Desember tahun 2023 berjumlah 157 orang, melalui rumus slovin di dapat jumlah sampel 112 orang.
Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa : (1) secara parsial harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan jasa nail art (studi pada Witchery Nails Banjarmasin), (2) secara parsial kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan jasa nail art (studi pada Witchery Nails Banjarmasin), (3) secara parsial kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan jasa nail art (studi pada Witchery Nails Banjarmasin), (4) secara simultan harga, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan jasa nail art (studi pada Witchery Nails Banjarmasin).

This research aims to determine the effect of (1) price on nail art service customer satisfaction (study at Witchery Nails Banjarmasin) (2) product quality on nail art service customer satisfaction (study at Witchery Nails Banjarmasin) (3) service quality on service customer satisfaction nail art (study at Witchery Nails Banjarmasin) (4) price, product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction of nail art services (study at Witchery Nails Banjarmasin). The analytical method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire or questionnaire using a Likert scale measuring instrument. In this research, the population that will be studied is all Witchery Nails customers from January to December 2023 totaling 157 people, using the Slovin formula the sample size is 112 people.
The results of this research found that: (1) partially price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction of nail art services (study at Witchery Nails Banjarmasin), (2) partially product quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction of nail art services (study at Witchery Nails Banjarmasin ),
(3) partially service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction of nail art services (study at Witchery Nails Banjarmasin), (4) simultaneously price, product quality and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of nail art services (study at Witchery Nails Banjarmasin).
